The London Leadership Academy recognise the increasing need and value of Coaching and Mentoring within the NHS.  Over the years we have invested in building this capability and continue to develop our standards and practices in this area.  Along with this we recognise the value of supporting our practitioners to develop their practice.  We are therefore developing our first Community of Practice (CoP) for Coaching and Mentoring practitioners.

If you are registered as a Coach or a Mentor on the London Register you are invited to join this Community of Practice. The CoP will be facilitated by an expert in the coaching and mentoring field with the aim of:

• Connecting practitioners and providing a space for networking
• Encouraging knowledge sharing, good practice
• Enabling dialogue and stimulating learning and ideas between practitioners
• Providing peer support and learning
• Improving NHS coaching and mentoring services

Dates for the CoP are:

Session #1 – 13^th January. 9.30-12pm

Session#2 – 10^th February, 1-3pm

Session #3 – 14^th March. 9.30-11.30am

Session #4 – 26^th April 1-3pm

You are welcome to join all or some of the sessions and your involvement in these early stages will set the foundations for your Community going forward.
