Bitesize Coaching Webinar – TPC Health – Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations

Target Audience: Internal coaches who are delivering coaching through the Leadership Academy’s Coaching Register

Thursday 23rd January 2025, 1.00-2.00 pm

This webinar will focus on supporting clients who are engaged in managing conflict and difficult conversations. It will include:

  • Opportunities to discuss experiences of working with conflict and difficult conversations
  • An appreciation of the psychological factors and inner states associated with managing conflict
  • Orientation to a coach approach for working with conflict and difficult conversations

Who will present?

The webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist,

coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and

care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology, supervision, coaching, behaviour change, leadership and potential oriented psychology, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels both within the NHS, private sector and within NGO’s.
