Coaching around career change can bring up sensitive material. This session supports you to work safely and confidently within scope – maintaining wellbeing for both coach and coachee.

Content:

• Defining and communicating clear coaching boundaries
• Understanding the indicators that signal the need for referral
• Maintain psychological safety and self-care

Who will present?

The webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology, supervision, coaching, behaviour change, leadership and potential oriented psychology, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels both within the NHS, private sector and within NGO’s.
