22.04.26 – Coaching and Mentoring – Virtual Group Supervision with Ruth McAll

Target Audience:  Coach/Mentor practitioners on the London Register.

Join Ruth McAll for a virtual group supervision session on Wednesday 22nd April 13:00-15:30. This will be a reflective, structured space to explore real cases and share insights with peers.

Ruth is an experienced People Consultant working in the NHS at Board level, with a background in organisational development, leadership support, and culture change.  Her coaching work centres on helping individuals and teams navigate challenge, build confidence, and develop the clarity needed to thrive. Ruth brings a calm, thoughtful presence and a strong commitment to fairness, psychological safety, and authentic leadership. She is an ACC qualified coach and formally practised over the last 15 years. She is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and works in a variety of sectors. Ruth aims to help people build confidence, clarity, and a leadership style that feels authentic and sustainable. She brings this approach to her supervision too.

There are limited places available on a first come, first served basis.

You must come prepared with an issue from your NHS Coaching/Mentoring practice to discuss in your supervision group.

Please can all participants to arrive on time, to avoid disrupting the Supervision Session.
