Deepening Career-Coaching Techniques

This session will support coaches to build their confidence with career coaching tools. The session will be experiential and provide you with space to learn and practice approaches that generate insights, prioritise options, and shape action plans.

Content:

• Introduction to key tools in careers coaching
• Understanding how core coaching skills are used in the careers context
• Supporting clients to understand progress and make appropriate decisions

Who will present?

The webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology, supervision, coaching, behaviour change, leadership and potential oriented psychology, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels both within the NHS, private sector and within NGO’s.
