When change and uncertainty are in the air, it helps to meet clients exactly where they are. This practical session explores how to create psychological safety, normalise emotional responses, and open up space for meaningful reflection and learning.

• Developing psychological safety
• Working with here-and-now validation of emotions and transition points.

Who will present?

The webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology, supervision, coaching, behaviour change, leadership and potential oriented psychology, and was a former academic in the areas of health psychology and medical education. Andrew has coached senior leaders and executives at all levels both within the NHS, private sector and within NGO’s.
