Coaching Webinar – TPC Health – Working with Imposter Syndrome
Target Audience: Internal coaches who are delivering coaching through the NHS Leadership Academy’s Coaching Hub

This webinar will be interactive and experiential and include:
- Understanding the components of imposter syndrome
- An opportunity to discuss experiences of coaching those with imposter syndrome
- Coaching approaches to manage the symptoms of imposter syndrome
Who will present?
The webinar will be delivered by Dr Andrew McDowell of TPC Health. Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years’ experience working in the health and care sector. Andrew has worked in the areas of clinical psychology, supervision, coaching, behaviour change, leadership and potential oriented psychology, and for 12 years as a Senior Lecturer in the areas of health psychology and medical education.
