Paired Learning

Paired Learning is a peer-learning leadership development initiative for managers and clinicians in the NHS.

The toolkit will provide you with a range of advice, best practice and suggestionson how you might implement a paired learning leadership development programme in your organisation.

Part 1 is the Implementation Guide – this is divided into twelve sections, one for each stage of implementation.

Part 2 includes a range of supporting appendices to help with implementation of a paired learning programme.
